Zach Ladonis
Zach Ladonis has a wealth of experience in corporate businesses ranging from 100,000+ employee companies to a handful. He started his career as an aerospace engineer at Lockheed Martin and worked his way up to sourcing and leading investments for Lockheed Martin's Corporate Venture Capital fund. In this capacity Mr. Ladonis evaluated hundreds of companies for investment completing technical and strategic due diligence on 20+ companies during his time with the fund. In addition to venture capital deals, he's worked countless projects and consulting engagements for the portfolio companies to grow and expand their businesses in the areas of financial reporting and planning, corporate planning, technological roadmaps, and strategic partnership. ​ Outside of his role with the company, Mr. Ladonis founded and scaled a technology hardware startup from ideation to multimillion dollar per year revenue. ​ Zach received his M.B.A. from the University of Florida with a focus on finance and corporate strategy. He also earned a Master of Industrial and Systems Engineering degree from the University of Florida as well as a Bachelor of Aerospace Engineering degree from the Pennsylvania State University. During his studies at Penn State, Zach was a member of the 2016 B1G Championship football team bringing team level leadership to his positions.
